ARRESTS

1. If police are stopping you, you must listen to their orders. If you attempt to fight the officer, they may kill you.

2. If you raise your hands at ANY time with the police after you, you have surrendered. If you do this, you cannot run or resist arrest anymore.

3. If you run from an officer, they can shoot a warning shot. If you keep running, they can shoot you in the leg. If you continue running, you may be killed.

4. Warrants issued for crimes valued of over $300 in fines may continue even after your arrest.

5. If you have a bandanna on, and you surrender, you must take the bandanna off.

6. When you are arrested, you MUST drop all of your items once you are told to. If you keep any items, it is FailRP and is bannable.

7. Upon death, you will still be hunted by the police until you serve your time.

8. You may be arrested if you own police gear. But the battering ram, or police clothes, are bannable.

9. You may not log off during an arrest. Doing so will result in a ban.

10. If a cop is within melee distance of you, you are considered arrested and cannot run.

11. If a police officer asks you for your license, you must show it to him. This is because some people try to drive without a license.(edited)

BUILDING

1. ​No players are allowed to build in the open world. You are allowed to build inside your home, but building outside will result in a demotion.

2. Vehicles have build limits. All that you can place on a vehicle are 4 rifle racks and 2 crates. If you do more, all barricades will be removed from your vehicle.

3. You may only block off windows with crates or bookshelves.

4. If you have a freestanding house, you may only block off 1/2 of the windows. The other half of the windows MUST be unblocked.

5. You may not place crates on bikes.

CHAT

1. You may only speak English in chat.

2. You cannot do illegal things in world chat. You must talk to that person in area or voice.

3.The year is 1931, so do not discuss anything that is not relevant in this time period.

4. Do not mic spam, troll, spam, or type in all caps.

GENERAL

1. You must use an RP name while on the server, such as "John Smith". This name must be placed in your public and private name.

2. If you are in a job, the police, or the EMS, you must be in that group AT ALL TIMES!

3. You must stay in character at all times.

4. You only know someone's name if they tell you their name.

5. Players cannot be identified if they are wearing a bandanna.

6. Anything that is not considered realistic or "RP" is not allowed.

7. People who do not have mics must still be treated like everyone else. So please watch chat and respect them as well.

8. Don't be an asshole.

9. You may not leave your car in the street, or it will be towed (destroyed).

10. Your vehicle must be parked in a designated parking spot. If it is illegally parked, it will be towed (destroyed).

11. You may not interact with vehicles or structures that aren't yours.

12. No glitching of any kind is allowed. If it is not supposed to naturally happen, do not do it.

13. You must wear a bandanna if you are participating in ANY crime related activities. This includes producing or selling berries, robbing, and more.

14. You may not pick up any items that do not belong to you.

15. When you die, you forget everything that happened, so you cannot get involved again upon respawning.

16. You may not impersonate other players on the server.

17. You must be out of sight for over 30 seconds before you can put on a bandanna.

18. You may not sell/give berries or seeds to other players.

19. It is illegal to open carry a knife! If police see one, you can be arrested.

20. Metagaming is against the rules.

Murders/Killering

1. You may only kill a player if they have attacked you first.

2. You may only attack players if you have a bandanna on.

3. You may not kill an EMS member for any reason.

4. You may only kill a police officer if he is chasing you, and you are wearing a bandanna.

5. Killing players for no reason will result in a ban.

6. If you are attacked by a KOSer, you have the right to self-defense. After you have defended yourself, please tell a staff members that you were attacked, and report the person.

7. If you accidentally kill a player, you may still be temporarily banned for it.

8. If a player is on your property, you must warn them 2 times to get off. If they ignore your warnings, you can fire a warning shot. If they still do not leave, you can kill them.

9. If a masked player enters your property, you can instantly kill them.

10. A masked player can be arrested, and if they have a weapon out or on their back, they can be killed by cops.

11. A masked player can be killed by another masked player at any time.

12. You cannot be a hero, so do not get involved with stuff that doesn't pertain with you or friends.

ROBBERY

1. In order to initiate a robbery, you must be within melee distance of the target.

2. If you are being robbed, you must either surrender or fight back with a weapon. You may not run away.

3. If you surrender, you must stay surrendered and comply with the robbery.

4. A robber must warn a player at least three times to surrender. Once in area chat, and the other two times in voice or area. If the target doesn't act after three warnings, they may be killed.

5. A robber must have a bandanna on.

6. Your life is valued, meaning that you must act as if your in-game life is a real life, and you do not want to die.

7.A robber may not kill a surrendered player.

8. If the victim raises their hands, they must comply to the robbery. The victim may not move once their hands are raised, until the robbery is completed.

9. If a victim has a friend in the same steam group, that friend is allowed to attack the robber in defense of the person being robbed.

10. A player may only rob once every 20 minutes.

11. Robbers may only take guns, ammo, illegal substances, cash, and food.

12. Robbers may not force a player to give up a vehicle, open a door to a residence, buy things, or take out money.

13. If you get robbed or are killed by a robber, you may not return to that person for any reason.

14. You may not camp the doors of players and rob them when they come out.

15. Robbers may NOT make a player strip their clothing or backpacks.

16. You may not rob police officers, EMS members, or government officials.

17. If you are robbing a store, you may only take 3 visible items on racks.

18. Stores may only be robbed once every 30 mins
