-The Goals of Exiled Militia-
Exiled Militia's primary focus is to provide a gaming community with structure for members that allows them to: improve their skills, and promote team play. Exiled Militia seeks to provide its community with a great overall experience while making its members always feel welcome. Indeed, no gaming community is perfect and there will always be ups and downs along the way, but we pride ourselves on being able to work through our differences for a common cause...online gaming!

-Hacking-
Exiled Militia has a zero tolerance for hacking! We do not recruit members with "bans on record" on Steam. If you hack you will be removed from Exiled Militia immediately. (http://www.vacbanned.com/)

-Recruiting-
We are always looking for new members at Exiled Militia.
Because we consider ourselves a mature gaming clan, we require members to be 21+ (Family members may be exempt) We also ask that you play on our server and join our TeamSpeak3 so we can get to know you better.

-Accountability-
In the context of this code, accountability means the duty of ALL MEMBERS to truthfully acknowledge and explain their actions and decisions when requested without deception. ALL MEMBERS of Exiled Militia will be held accountable for their actions; No one is exempt.

-Maturity-
Here at Exiled Militia we want people to get along and be respectful to each other. Anyone who makes flame wars, start fights, or just does not use common sense will be warned. If you have any issues that you cannot resolve on your own please inform; thre3 or LuDe.

-Respect-
Respect is to be shown to every single member no matter the members status in Exiled Militia. Respect is always given to Senior Admins, Admins, Staff, and Owners of Exiled Militia. If you show respect, you will receive respect in return.

-TeamSpeak3 Server-
Using our TeamSpeak3 server is a requirement here at Exiled Militia. All members should be in TeamSpeak3 while playing. If you're not in TeamSpeak3 you cannot communicate effectively on call-outs, link up and play with other members, or engage in friendly conversation with other members which is what being a community is all about.

-Multi-Claning-
Multi-claning is not allowed here at Exiled Militia. If you join Exiled Militia you are to be dedicated to Exiled Militia. If you feel that Exiled Militia is not the best fit for you and you would like to join another clan you are free to do so.

-Donation / Contributing-
Donations are greatly appreciated. All donations are used to fund Web Hosting, Servers, TeamSpeak3 server, and any other addons that enhance the gaming experience in Exiled Militia.

-Policy-
Actions of Senior Admins, Admins, Staff, Members, Recruits that are in direct conflict with the rules and values established by Exiled Militia, which would negatively affect its reputation and that of all Exiled Militia Members are not tolerated. Members will conduct themselves in a manner that reflects Exiled Militia in a positive way.
