Ataraxy can be used to describe the state of mind that you experience alike to when you are in "the zone". They say humans can only use 30% of their potential.
Even when they think they are doing their best, they don't use all their potential. "The zone" refers to a state where this restraint is removed. A state of mind where nothing else matters,
a serenity induced through focus.
