Eddings Fans who play Civ 5

This group is comprised of David and Leigh Eddings Fans who want to take part in developing mods for Civ 5.

The member should be familiar with the ten-book series and have a passing knowledge of the history of the series (up to and including background information provided in the Rivan Codex, Belgarath the Sorcerer, and Polgara, companion books to the series).

Gameplay experience is important to be able to assess balance issues, etc.

Hi guys!

I'm back. We can get back to producing mods again.

I thnik we should revisit the current mods before creating new ones. We need to be sure that the mods are compatible with the original content. To do this we need to rework the code to include new features in old content or rewite the code to fit within the specs of vanilla.

I will be on a little while each night.

F**k what Gerald said on September 20th, I'm back and working now. The grind of school and life has hit a rhythm, and I'm ready to get back to work. (brainstorming mostly, I don't have /that/ much time.) Now people, we need to get a thinking, we have city-states, civs, wonders and all manner things to get done. Also, what is the eventual goal? Just getting the civs done? Or to Ta point like the Elder-Scrolls pack? And, I should dust off my XML skills.

Also, Steph, I noticed your civ mods had leader-screens, could you give Gerald's x,l a run-through to see his problem?

This was longer than I expected, and far more run-on; Lung.

And first off, I say we revise the current civs, Tolnedra, Mallorea, and Drasnia seem most notable. Then, we continue.

@Steph, as far as I know, we're all busy with jobs, school and the like... I also have timezone differences, and friends sap that avalable time down emensly. I suggest we all start discussing in the threads for the respective nations, as a reliance on chatroom talk seems to be slowing progress... Also, I would like to hear from Gerald aswell...

Well friends, It seems I will be away from town for a few days (four, I think...). I will not be here for group chats, or much else for that matter. I will still be stalking the forums on my Ipad though....
