Summerbush Defence Contract

Welcome to the topic about the Summerbush Defense Contract

Within this contract will be the terms of service for both sides.

Clause I: Introduction.

It has come to my attention that the building and surrounding area known as "Summerbush" has been plagued with robberies, kidnappings and some murders. Upon entering this contract, Eagle Defense Force (EDF) shall provide full out support to any and all paying residents of the Summerbush Apartments and surrounding area.

Clause II: What shall be Provided.

From herein out, the EDF shall provide support and reinforcements to all members of the apartment. If you are going out somewhere, And require extra protection, Our members will be on hand for a fee of 500 Bamboo every 10 minute period they are away from base. They will provide support in all passive and defensive situations (I.E. Defending from Kidnappings, Defending from Robbers, Steering clear of raids), But shall take no hostile actions at an innocent person.
The EDF shall be stationed at a private location subject to change, But shall be no further than 350 meters from the Apartment Complex.

Clause II: What shall be Required.
There are various things the EDF require in return for their services. They shall be listed below.

Non-Private Protection*

A fee of 1000 bamboo shall be required to be paid to the EDF fund, Which is managed by Tasteless Noodles.

Building supplies and fuel for a small Head Quarters within 450m of the Apartments

The right to roam freely and search all rooms with the Summberbush Apartment Owner's in a defense capacity. (We'll defend you from the owners if they turn hostile, Or sentries if there are any firing at you.).

Private Protection**

A fee of 500 Bamboo per 10 minutes away from the base

Ammo or Money in place of the Ammo lost while working for you

The ability to deny a contract.

Clause III: Summary.

Upon the signing of this contract, Both sides agree to all terms. All private users of the EDF shall be subject to this contract, with punishment being a ban from using the EDF again, And possibly a hit of $2500 that shall be placed every day that the money is not paid.

The EDF take no responsibility for the items lost while under EDF Protection.
