ESF Alliance steam group

ESF Alliance group to regularly form 4v4 teams for practice and fun, ideally all from the alliance. For 4v4 we need eight people online at one time, with balanced classes - i.e. with roughly the same level and class balance on both sides, for real practice. There are no winners or losers here, it does not matter at all, participating in this is for fun, and improves all of us. If one side rolls, then we may switch it up just to get a better balance.

Eventually we would like to build a core than can start going 10v10, and actively participate in a future AvA season.
