Put the 2 sga files under the dow2 base directory under gameassets/mods
(...program files<x86>\steam\steamapps\common\dow ii retribution\gameassets/mods)

if there is not a mods fold create one and put the 2 folders in it.

OK so I downloaded the mod and I installed it in the game folder on an external hard drive. And it does not work. What do I do?
