How the hell did i end up owning this? Suggestions or did it just die?

On this day, the Deseret Kingdom has applied for Statehood into the Continental States, and they have been accepted!
In this agreement..
All Deseret land is now owned by the Continental States
King Alexander may governor over the Deseret lands for 30 years
Hawaii may have it's own governor
