Hello fellow Tenno clan mates, so the current clan emblem (The one that is currently displayed in the steam group) has been around for quite a while (about 2 years+).

Certain Tenno have finally concluded it was about time we changed it for good (Yes there were polls for new emblems before but the clan was generally not satisfied enough to proceed to the emblem's change, we felt like the current one was good enough).

And this link right here will lead you to the last updated percentages as of writing this announcement, so that you know where your choice stands currently, in case you want to support the higher choices instead of voting the minor ones. It is up to you all to decide what the emblem will be, pretty much the same pattern just different colours.

You have 24 hours until the poll has been finalized, yes it is not much time but a dozen Tenno if not more have already started voting and an update is about to hit today. Won't be long till they also release a minor hotfix after it so we will have the new emblem sooner than some might expect. Take care!

Many other Tenno are joining in to add their input, and who knows, with all the help any of you can put, in either thumping-up the post or voicing your thoughts about it, it may one day become a part of the game. Since with U18's launch Digital Extremes gave all the clans the option to downsize, we went for it and downsized as well to a Mountain Clan. This Happened pretty much at U18's beginning, it is now U18.3.1 and i know this is kinda late as much as news go, but the idea was for the best to downsize generally.

The mechanics of a clan Tier work as follows: the research and decorational requirements for resources is multiplied by increasing clan tier, meaning that for instance, we as a Moon Clan back in the day, had to spend tripple the ammount of needed resources compared to the Mountain Clan we are now, an enormous ammount befitting 1000 players (In DE's logic, that means that ALL or the majority of people should be active AND contribute to clan work, which is simply impossible... and the worst joke is that this kept being true since U8 with clan system being released, it took YEARS to get fixed... until now).

Sure we are capped at 300 members now, people had to go, i guarantee you the majority of them were inactive and/or offline for more than a month, and now that we downsized, we got the ability to be able to finally paint the most frequented rooms of our dojo, we decorated A TON of it, all thanks to low resource costs, a thing that we didn't have for years.

That's about it, just filling any of you guys in, just to keep this thing running in case someone was out of sync. Have fun out there and keep parkouring in space!

Underdrill left with a message of gratitude, what we missed though is what he always strived to achieve with this clan. Don't you see what the very first announcements of Underdrill were? He was passionate about bringing this clan's member limit to it's knees, make it so alive everyone would boast about being in on it, the times that he left, they were the ones that the clan always started feeling a little bit dead, that is on chat at least.

So let's do what he wanted to do and exploit this broken clan system that forces us to work as a team of 1000 people to finish research/decorations even though we are only 680 at the moment. Let's go on a recruiting spree Tenno, so that this clan may once again shine as it was supposed to. We should aim to convey his vision of Darkframe, for this is the reason we all joined this clan, to be proud of our community and most of all, have fun!

Distribute broadcasts, messages about our clan in recruiting, talk to people about our friendly community and help make this right as it was supposed to be in the old days. Are you with me Tenno? We will once again go and crash that milestone that once forced this clan to split in two (Yeah i am looking at you Lightframe >.>)! It's good to be back, and with Update 17 coming along the way "soon" as they say, we will manage this.

It's been a long time Tenno. I hope you've all been doing well this past year. I really don't know if many of you remember me, but I founded Darkframe over 2 years ago before the clan feature was expanded which is partly the reason why we are as big as we are now. The dedication from the members to make the clan big before the update was astounding and as you can see, we've been rewarded because of that.

However, we're all human and we all have to move on at some point. You probably saw this coming, but I'm stepping down as the founder of Darkframe. I haven't played the game in over a year and there is no reason why anyone should object to another more capable and dedicated person taking my place. This person in particular is Pegasy. He's been around from the very start, being active and in general a brilliant member. Even if DE cannot make him the founder, make sure you make everyone know that he is the true owner of the clan.

Now you might be wondering; why did I leave in the first place? Why would I stop playing a game where I was the leader of a massive clan and where I had a reputation of being a kind leader? I want to tell you guys the truth as you deserve it after my silence. There's a few reasons.

Number 1: The game got boring for me. Choose a mission. Shoot some enemies. Complete an objective. Leave. Level up your guns to Rank 30, then either forma them or move onto the next weapon. It just got really, really repetitive and I didn't want to force myself to continue playing even if I was the leader. I would rather be a passionate leader than one who doesn't really enjoy the game, which is why Pegasy is perfect for the position.

Number 2: Other games, more specifically PAYDAY 2. That is a game a found much more appealing. 5 months after I started playing it was when I stopped with Warframe. I was and still am passionate about PAYDAY 2 and that's why I still play it. It's not just that though; there are plenty of other games that I found to be more fun. Now, I look for games with lots of variety. Not enough of that and I'll get bored. It will rerun of how Warframe went for me. I'm not saying the game is bad, or I wouldn't have played it all that time. Hell, yesterday my brother started playing it on the Xbox One (He stopped playing a bit before I did) and he's enjoying it a lot. I really enjoyed seeing how the game changed. Comparing what it is now to the open beta years ago and you will find two quite different games.

Finally, Number 3: Life. I haven't and I will never give my age away to anyone online, but all I'll say is that I'm at a time in my life that requires a lot of dedication outside of gaming. For the years to come, I won't be spending that much time playing games in general. This has been cemented with a personal event that happened just two days ago which I'm not going to discuss, but what I will say is that it changed me for the better.

I don't regret the times we had at all. I remember the fascination we all had when the clan halls were introduced for the first time, the hours we would spend grinding out events and tower keys, the drama we had with a couple of individuals, the complaints we had about our name prior to Darkframe and the compliments we received for being a helpful and not resource driven clan. It seems that it's only going to get better and better for all of us as we move forward. The only thing is that we are going to go our different ways.

I'd like to thank everyone currently in the clan, specifically the people I knew personally. Pegasy is a very dedicated player who is perfect to lead the clan, RebelOfWar, another brilliant player who I still talk to on steam ever so often, Dekoser who was an extremely kind and helpful member to everyone in the clan, RinzlerGR and Credit2Team who were both great all round members and I'd also like to give an honorary mention to BerserkingAce who is not in the clan anymore, but when he was, he had a brilliant sense of humour and a lot of skill. I'm sure there are many more people who I knew before and I'm terribly sorry if I forgot you.

That's all I have to say. Congratulate Pegasy on his position whether DE sorts it out or not (It might take a week from now) and if people ask about me when they look through the clan members, show them this post. Thank you all for the memories and I wish you all the best for the future, whether in Warframe or Real Life.
