The master spawner of Dubsta 2 have now confirmed breaking news: there is a way to get your first Dubsta 2 without having one.

The Bikers DLC have a "road captain" who can spawn non military Buzzard - as well as "Dubsta". It is confirmed to be a Dubsta 2. So, if you have one friend and can do the MC thing - one be president - one be road captain. Road captain can spawn the non storable Dubsta 2 - and use this to spawn gold or chrome Dubsta 2.

Tried it myself, but could not get it to spawn. So, we have some homework to do. Make it happen!

An please report if anything else is happening. Is it back in the hills as well?

it happens to me as well once stored in garage custom vehicles loose original rim color they spawned with.
