You have been chosen to be a part of the most trustworthy elite players in this game of survival. DayZ is no longer a "Stand Alone" game.

The DIA Special Forces, are a special operations force tasked with 4 primary missions:

1) Unconventional warfare (the original and most important mission of Special Forces)
2) Special reconnaissance
3) Direct action
4) Counter-terrorism (bandits).

Other duties include:
- Combat search and rescue (CSAR)
- Hostage rescue
- Humanitarian assistance
- Information operations
- Peacekeeping
- Psychological operations
- Security assistance
- Manhunts.

In-game we act as a military force trying to secure areas from the zombie outbreak and acquire food along with lost military resources. The areas we try to secure may include military bases or towns. We will be setting up "sanctuaries" or "refugee centers".
We will treat other individuals we encounter as civillians and potential hostiles. From our reconnaissance, if a group appears to be hostile we shoot on sight. If we encounter civilians or a group of civillians that appear to not be hostile, we will approach them. If we have secured an area, they will be escorted to that area. They should be assigned jobs to assist us in our resource gathering.

Capturing an area:

Tatics for capturing an area will mostly depend on our numbers and the area in question.
