The Democratic Republic of Global Agenda has a parliament of 12 members, one for each class in each AvA region 3 of which are chosen by the Prime Minister to be senior members being ministers of each AvA region. The Prime Minister makes final decisions. Members register for one of the 12 electorates (AvA region-Class). Elections are held each AvA season, members get one vote for Prime Minister and one for their electorate's representative in Parliament. Any agency member can run for Prime Minister by simply mailing the current one. A Prime Minister cannot be elected twice IN-A-ROW but can be elected multiple times.
