A Place to Gather Fun People to Play Present/Future RPG's With!

**This is a trial in progress, and this group is NOT limited to RPG's! My hope is this will be a very open and public gathering spot for grabbing people to play. Thank you for taking the time to read this!**

It's bugged me for a long time that there's no easy way to gather fun people to gather groups for games you have or want to have. Yes, theres the discussions board, and yes, you can get lucky sometimes. That being said, I just wanted something a bit more efficient where you can advertise what you want to play, how often you want to play it, and see what people can oblige. Or maybe you want to discuss strategies of a RPG, or a battle that was completely epic, etc. Here, hopefully we can make that happen :) And more importantly, I'd absoultely LOVE to start establishing groups where we can take turns buying 4-packs of games we all intend to play!!!!

My Only Simple and Absolute Rules for the Board:

1) You must be respectful and courteous to all. Any bashing, name calling, or disrespect in any manner will NOT be tolerated. This is a place to discuss, live, and bask in the glory of RPG's - I hope everyone that joins will try to add to that experience, not take it away! :)

2) When looking for players for a future/present game, please try to establish a general timeframe/days of the week/duration of when you want to play the game so people can match your schedule. This is the only absolute rule i have that won't be enforced, but it'll certainly make the experience a lot smoother for u if you do follow it. I realize not everyone will be able to have a set schedule, but I've found that leaving schedules to chance with multiple people lowers your chance of finishing the game as a group significantly.

3) I'd ask that if you advertise or commit to a group, that you try your utmost to follow through to completion. Bailing sometimes has bad reprecussions in game for the remaining members, and that's something we're going to try to actively avoid.

3.5) I will NOT be reinforcing the sole use of RPG's on this group, though it is highly encouraged. RPG's are sorta a blurry genre already, so as long as its in the spirit of getting people together to play I'll allow it :)
