SAN PARO NEWS - With the recent turn of events in San Paro, top CSA Enforcer agency today revealed that it will be upgrading it's existing fleet of Nulander Pioneer SUVs with next-generation chassises and armor. Codenamed Project Waragi, it is rumoured that the upgrade will turn the current fleet of SUVs into Light Assault Vehicles (LAVs). The top brass of the organization, Chief Commissioner Rambokc, has confirmed that the recall and upgrading works are already in effect.

"In the past few months, we have seen a wave of change in the city. Unfortunately, this was a change for the worse as events like the Zombie Pumpkin Army Invasion as well as the inceased presence of terror masterminds such as Fawzi al-Najjar in our city. Our CSA Enforcers put their bodies on the line each and everyday to keep the city safe and I think it is only fair that we give our men and women the best equipment possible to do their job. Our existing fleet of Nuland Pioneers have been recalled for intensive upgrading. The new-look Pioneers will be nicknamed "Waragis" - boasting military-grade composite and steel armor and armed with automated command-and-control (C2) systems. Such an upgrade will further complete the Pioneer's already-exceptional handling, sheer ramming ability and extreme sturdiness." said Chief Commissioner Rambokc, head of Clearwater Security.

On hearing questions regarding whether the organization has also procured much-vaunted equipment and armored uniforms for the men and women of the organization, he stated that "At this point in time, there are no existing changes from the standard-issue all-purpose patrol uniform given to all organization members. The standard-issue Clearwater Security top already allows the wearer to slip on a wide plethora of body armor ranging from the Tier 3 Kevlar to anti-explosive Flak Jackets. However, we do acknowledge that during certain operations where the situations are tougher, our Enforcers would like to have more options on the table regarding their equipment and body protection and we respect that. That is why we allow all our service personnel to bring their very own customized armor or protective gear as long as the Clearwater logo and their rank is easily visible."

As the press conference drew to a close, one cannot help but wonder: With military-grade vehicles set to roam the streets of San Paro, will this mean that the city should now be assured that the tough men and women of Clearwater Security are protecting them, or will this be the straw that breaks the camels back and send San Paro into an irreversible all-out-war? Time will tell.
