Civilizations Teamer Torunament

Rules:

Each team can have a maximum of 4 registered members and may not include anyone not registered for that team in any games throughout the tournament.

Map Type: Skirmish

Turn Mode: Simultaneous

World Congress:: Nay on everything.

Shift Clicks: Not allowed.

-Here I expect common curtesy and honor. People will be streaming and recording games, if you are recorded to move 4-5 units through a turn load and it convincingly looks like shift moves your team will be banned from the tournament.

Last Second Moves: Allowed.

If Unavoidable: Kilimanjaro. (meaning you cannot avoid settling it and consequently giving your units the promotion)
Avoidable means its in the back and you can settle it but no units that are not built in this city will get the promotion, units built in this city are not allowed to use the extra movement.

Great Wall
Terracota Army
Great Library

Banned parts of religion:

Pantheons: One with nature.
Founders beliefs: Church property. Initiation Rites. Tithe.

Banned / Allowed Cilivilizations:

We will have 5 combinations of civs:

Combo 1: Egypt, Rome, America
Combo 2: Ethiopia, Greece, Sweden
Combo 3: Celts, Aztec, Japan
Combo 4: Songhai, Dutch, Zulu
Combo 5: Mayan, Russia, Germany
Combo 6: Byzantine, Persia, Iroquois

Picking civs for each team:

Hosting team starts by banning 1 combo. Next we have the team not hosting banning another combo. This continues until we are left with one combo that the teams will mirror and play with.

Player Positions:

Hosting team gets player position: 1 4 and 5
Team not hosting gets: 2 3 and 6

Resync Crashes

If the game crashes during a turn load (the hosts game freezes and everyone else gets loading screen) the game will have to be loaded again.
The save to be chosen is the last saved turn before the file that is called "Autosave Resync".

Disconnects / Game Crashing

A game will not be reloaded more than a total of 3 times due to disconnects or personal game crashes caused by a bad connection or computer.
1 team has a total of 3 possible game crashes and disconnects before they will automatically concede the match to the opposing team.
In effect: On the 4th disconnect/crash they loose.

When a player disconnects during a turn before timer has ended:

Reload that turn.

When a player disconnects during a turn roll over:

Reload the turn before roll over.
