The Baddest MOFO's in Chernarus (DayZ)

What's up guys. I just wanted you all to welcome French Skillz aka Skillz to the team! I've been playing with him every day for the past 5 days straight non stop. He's a good player and has helped out a lot with trying to expand the team. I made him Captain instantly upon joining due to him being a leader type. I think he will make a good captain and will quickly climb the ranks. Everyone stop in the Teamspeak and say what's up to him and congratulate him!

Another member that also recently joined is Chahles aka Charlie. He's also a great player, has good coordination and great team aspects. I think he is also a great addition to the team.

As most of you know TCGB used to be an amazing team, and we ran Chernarus on all fronts! We were the best in the business, and it died out a little bit when I left. Well, I want that all to change! I want us to all strive again and be the best team around again. I have been working hard to try and recruit new people into the team and try to get old members to play once again.

This also brings me to my next thing I want to talk about which is recruitment. If any of you know ANYONE, that is a good dayz player, can follow the officers, are willing to join the team, and are online quite often, please let me know. Bring them around the TS so we can play with them and get to know them a little bit better.

I think I am going to start making a Recruitment Application Page of some sort so that way they can fill them out and tell me a little bit about themselves and their history on playing DayZ. How many hours they have played, what weapons they are good with, how tactical they are, etc. I can start working on this as soon as I can. This way we can look at their applications, play with them a little bit, then vote on it. By the way, the voting system is still the same; We need 3 Ranking officers (Captain and above) to vote on a new member being accepted onto the team. The vote as always needs to be unanamous between all 3 ranking officers and also finalized by me. Right now we have a little changing in the ranks and they go as followed:

Sorry to anyone that has been demoted, but sorry you haven't played with us in a long time. If you start coming back around I will gladly give you a chance to win your ranking back. I want TCGB to strive again,and we will!
