This group is devoted to cats and cat lovers!
Head to the chat-room and have a nice real-time convo with the like-minded folks in there!
Slip through discussions and find some new, hopefully long-lasting mates!
If you have any group-related questions, feel free to drop them all to our staff members.

IMPORTANT!

Make sure to familiarise yourself with the group rules down below.
The rules are that strict in order to secure our members from annoying spam, trolls, toxicity and basically keep it all safe n sound.

The Rules:

Stick to English language so everybody can understand you and our staff can moderate it.
No hate speech, no raffles, no religion and politics debates.
Don't ask for friends in the group comment section, we have a special thread for that.
Any sort of advertisement is strictly prohibited unless it's approved by admins.
Everything related to: Comment4Comment, +REP, Rate/Favourite your Artwork/Screenshot
- Will be resolved with permanent ban.
We simply do not allow any kind of spam in the group, keep that in mind.
Do not openly argue with the staff, all the arguments via DM only.
Members may be removed from the group at any time without explanation, for example:
If your account is a suspected and confirmed: catfish, bot, source of spam, troll, and so on...

Please, keep in mind that this group is fresh and we will be changing/adding stuff here and there, so better keep an eye on things around!

Howdy folks! First I'd like to apologize for not getting back to the game server hosting plans in the last few months.
(Feel free to skip to the good stuff at the bottom if you don't need an update. )

I've had some very serious real life issues that I've been dealing with. Any of you who are dealing with quarantines probably have an idea what that's like, except, in addition to the pandemic, I've been dealing with other family health problems (including 1 death - don't worry, he was just... old), an earthquake (which has had aftershocks for the entire last week), and a legal dispute which I'm not going to get into the details of publicly until its resolved. For those of you who don't understand... all I can say is this:

Please understand.

Alright. Now you may have also noticed some change in staffing recently. Some people left & I moved up. (Doesn't really mean much of anything.) I'm in no position to handle a Discord server right now so that just won't be happening but once I'm able to actually pay attention to that, I'll discuss it with Moe. This is part of why I'm prepared to take lead in this position, because I don't bite off more than I can chew, if I can help it. (Feel free to comment on this about that if a Discord server is a thing you'd be interested to see come back.) Ultimately, this means that I just have less red-tape to get through in order to make leadership decisions.

We're also still planning on hosting some gaming events here, it's just going to take a little longer for us to get them going than we had hoped.
Because I'm most experienced with and interested in Terraria, we'll most likely be hosting a Terraria event & server in the future - however, we will still be taking into consideration other games that you guys might want a server or tournament for as well.

I'm also still planning on holding the poll, sometime later, that will show the complete list of multiplayer games that we will be considering. (As well as giving you a checklist of which ones are always free and which ones are not.)

Now, about the OJ... as you can probably guess from the fruity emojis that I included, this announcement is not about a killer. It is also not about receiving free Sunny D relief packages, pumped full of vitamin C, to help you during these trying times so... sorry about that. No... it's about Fruitbat's game, which they are generously giving away for free right now!

If you're interested in it, please pick up your free copy while it is available for free - if lots of people in the group have the game (and like it) we might be able to hold a tournament at a later date.

Admittedly, I bought it on sale, with a bunch of DLC about 4 years ago and haven't actually gotten around to playing it so I can't make an experienced vouch for it but I have over 25 friends that have a copy and I hear it's like "anime Mario Party".

🌟😁 Multiplayer Survey Follow-up 👍

Thank you all so much, those of you who responded to the Multiplayer survey announcement!
I never realized that there were SO MANY multiplayer games on Steam - and such a diverse selection too!

What we are going to do with this information:

There's a few things we have in mind.

- I'm going to be compiling the raw data from the initial survey into a chart for our staff, so that I can get a basic idea of where compatibility between active members for multiplayer games lies. (In truth, I have actually already done this with most of the feedback (not all yet; all but the last 7) that has been provided. I got to it as soon as the responses started coming in.)

- Our staff will consider and discuss which games are actually feasible for us to host and administrate servers and competitive events for.

- Our staff will occasionally pick a game from that list to host a server or an event for. (Not just the popular ones.)

- I will also post a poll with the full-list of games where members, viewers, readers - basically anyone who is actually invested in this group in some way, will be able to input feedback that will provide a more definitive answer as to what our members would be willing or even capable of playing.
We can probably expect this announcement in a week or two and before we're actually ready to start a serious group event. If you don't see it pop up on screen, check back later to see the updates!
