Sector-17 Overwatch and City-17 Metropolitan Protection

Hello, im the combine administrator, Dr. Wallace Breen. My job is to advise the combine on their "actions". Im very glad to call city 17 my home, and central office. The resistance has no chance of becoming free once again. They must comply of face a most terrible fate. So resistance is pointless. I feel like the many citizens in the city 17 overwatch district have started to resist even more, so many have been taken to the execution labs in the forest. Many have complied until the very last few weeks, so i Dr. Alexbuddy2 state any further rebellion with be dealt with by the most means nessesary.
I feel the combine may be a little too harsh, but they have to establish their dominance as the special species called the stalkers. So we are the combine and proud... In and out of the rebel territories like at black mesa are to be destroyed very very soon. We have sent combine officers to white forest base and they are building some sort of rocket that is too blow up the citadel and shut our portal! With that much of a threat towards the combine we must deal with it promptly and sweep the ashes of white forest away forever... And with black mesa we will send ally forces to deal with the threat...
So a message to all rebels join our cause, or at least surrender to us...
