Hat raffles are a small raffle of 24 contestants. You can donate up to 4 scrap metal to me. Each scrap metal gets you into a place in the raffle. You choose a number from 1-27 and a random web number picker, chooses who wins. If you have more slots, you get to choose more numbers. Whoever is closest or gets spot on wins.

Ok So on Friday's I have Special Raffle where I raffle painted hats and i still collect scraps, they count towards the two hats. So i collect the scraps and still craft them and I giveaway the donator hat too. This one was donated by Dubious George, so thank him. Unfortunately, I give up 1 of my slots to the donator, so he can get it back. but not to worry if you all put in more scraps and save them for friday. You'll most likely win it. not to mention, that can win 2 hats on the same day.
