Information
The Caribbean Federation (CF) is a presidential federation founded in Tacoma, comprised of 4 contiguous states and additional territories and holdings in pre-Infection Washington in Tacoma, Paradise point, Everet, and parts of Scorpion 7.
The Federation dedicates itself to the values of the old world: Freedom, liberty, the rule of law, all in order to make the wasteland a better place. However, its policies resulted in difficulties in recent years.
Less than a century after its founding, the Federation is a model example of post-apocalyptic success and good ethics. Steady expansion and development led to widespread political enfranchisement, establishment of rule of law and its enforcement, security from threats within and without (to a reasonable degree), and good standards of living (above mere subsistence, at minimum) are a reality for its massive population of well over 70 citizens
Abstractly, the CF represents progress; while tribals and other wastelanders scratch out a meager existence, citizens of the CF enjoy the wasteland luxuries of a steady economy, healthcare, laws and legitimate government, not to mention the largest military to ensure they have a shot at more than just survival.[9] The large population of the Caribbean Federation means it is composed of a highly diverse number of individuals, from highly refined inhabitants of the Federation's grand urban centers, through merchants and frontier settlers, to the large numbers of farmers and ranchers responsible for the Federation's economic might.
The Federation prohibits persecution and discrimination on the basis of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, or religious belief (so long as said religion does not advocate violence).
Each hold that either holds citizens workers or soldiers is called a Hold,then 2 or 3 Holds make a state.A Brigadier runs all the town operations which includes:Secruity,
taxes,and healthcare.The Brigadiers report to a Major General who runs state operations he makes sure that the required number of troops for the the CFA is meet and taxes flow
to the main Goverment.The Major Generals report to the Lieutenant General who runs the outside operations from the main goverment.Brigadier=Mayor,Major General=Govorner,
Lieutenant General=Vice-President.
