These motions include both suggested motions and sponsored motions (those suggested by a member and then agreed to be suggested to the CCHOIR by a CCHOIR member).

If you wish to suggest a motion then please post it in a comment; it will then be edited into the main annoucement. Please also include some sort of propoganda speech to be included in the announcement's body.

Motion to organise the motions (suggested & sponsored by the Inexplicable Cupcake) (passed)

We need organisation of motions. My suggestion:

Any motion can be voted on by members of the CCHoIR (including the Permanent Secretary)
Any member of the CCHoIR can veto the passing of a motion
The Permanent Secretary can un-veto the passing of a motion
If 2 or more members of the CCHoIR agree on a motion it is passed.

A motion can be suggested by any member of the Challoner's Coalition but must be sponsored by a CCHoIR member before being voted on. Sponsoring counts as a 'yes' vote.
