The House of Representatives of the Challoner's Coallition

1. The Constitution:
i) The official version of the CC Constitution is displayed on the CC main page.
ii) Any changes to be made to the Constitution must be supported by all members of the CCHoIR.
iii) Any violation or editing if the Constitution without the full agreement of the CCHoIR will result in severe punishment.

2. The CCHoIR:
i) This is an executive body of rotating members who will uphold the constitution with the Permanent Secretary.
ii) Alex Peplow is the Permanent Secretary of the CCHoIR.
iii) The CCHoIR is a governing body with powers over decisions in the CC.
iv) Any Motions put forward in the CCHoIR must be backed by the majority by the members of the CCHoIR.

3. Voting:
i)To stand for election, members of the CC must put themselves forward to be elected to the CCHoIR.
ii) The elections must be held a week before the end of each month.
iii) The term lasts one month and those elected come to power on the 1st of that month.

4. The Owner:
i) If the Owner of the CC is seen to be abusing his power by five members of the CC, the owner must stand down. If not, the group is to be abandoned and restarted.
ii) The Owner of the CC is to have complete emergency powers if the Permanent Secretary and two other members decide that there is an emergency.
iii) The inactivity of the Owner is a breach of this constitution if he does not enact motions passed by the CCHoIR within 5 days of them being passed.

5. Members:
i) All members in the CC are to have the rank of Administrator.
ii) All members must give valid reasons for suspending contact.
iii) Player of the Week cannot be awarded to one's self.
iv) No member can be demoted without a full enquiry and support from at least two member including the Permanent Secretary.
