I highly recommend this. It generates more fps on games that don't support high fps. Works great for EDF!
It also has other modes for pixel graphics and anime enhancements. I believe you can use this for videos and other software as well.
It doesn't seem to modify the games, just take the image that is already there and extrapolate from it, without noticeable input lag...
I haven't confirmed that though so be careful in using it on competitive games with anti-cheat software.
