TOURNAMENT PREPARATION

Now that all participants have joined it is now time to fully organize the teams! This will require some action on the part of the participants. Here are the steps to complete to validate team entries:

Using the Roster and the "Members" section of the group contact the members of your team.

After contact has been established decide on a team representitive to communicate between the three event organizers and the rest of the team.

Once a team rep has been elected decide on a team name.

If you are the team captain report back to any of the moderators or myself on the accountability of your group. The information we'll need is as follows: 1. Accountability 2. Team Name.

Once These things have been done we can make adjustments to your team as needed based on the responsiveness of your team members. Dropped Members will be replaced and confirmed Members will be cemented into the final roster.

The Deadline for completing the above steps is the 26th of May

- After that point all unresponsive members will be dropped from the roster - This will not affect Group Status.
