These are hackers that we have met while playing Call of Duty©: Modern Warfare 2

These people are very bad people. These people need to be gunned down in a firing squad for what they do to perfectly good players. They ruin a very good game by using their hacks to ruin a perfectly good game. The hacks that these big fat jerks use can range from AIM ASSIST and AIMBOTS, because they are bad without them, to hacking WHOLE LOBBIES because they have a power complex due to the fact their parents ignored them as a child.

Administrators are not hackers.
