OK, it's time to make the world a bit better. Justin Bieber is a known audio terrorist, who has tortured many good souls. And there's only one way to stop him.... Use http://eventful.com/performers/justin-bieber-/P0-001-000165263-2 to find a useful date.

Current plan:
While 666 is having a concert, silently go to the top of an close building. If said building is an office locale, try to find a valid excuse or climb to the top (If you renembered camoflague). When 666 is playing the concert, strike. Fire the sniper one after another, if the previous shot doesn't hit. Remember to don't hit any lethal point or you'll be sentenced to death by some extremist government.Remember to make an escape plan (rappeling?). To be continuned.

Equipment:
SR25-SD sniper rifle: It's expensive, but has an integrated silencer and is semi automatic. Night vision scope might be necessary.
Gloves: EXTREMELY important. Have gloves equipped all the time when near any mission crucial objects (Ammunition, Sniper etc.), or we may be tracked and arrested.
Camoflague: To not be as easily detected.
Candy bar: Increases energy level
Nintendo DS: Entertainment while waiting for showtime!
Clothes: What, do you want do hang around naked?!
