However, there's one thing I've been wanting to know for a very long time. How effective is this, as a weight loss strategy? Okay, well, degreasing pizza basically involves taking basic paper towels like this (nothing special here), putting it on the pizza like this. Notice how it's covering it? And all you gotta do is cover the pizza... dab down like this, and wer - what do you suppose that it? I'm actually wondering how much of this is actually fat, that I'm soaking up. Each gram of fat is 9 calories. Each gram of carbohydrates is 4, protein is also 4. Combine all that and you get the actual total... just uh, how much this has... got on it anyway. But, as I continue dabbing it, you'll see that more and more, comes up! Well of course, when you look at the nutrition facts here, you can see how much total fat its got and all the other stuff. However, one thing to note is that, when food is very warm, fat tends to be a liquid. Thus, we can use paper towels to soak it up! So, what exactly AM I soaking up? How much of this is actually fat? As in, the 65 grams basically that this pizza's got, how much am I actually reducing? And over time, does that become an effective weight loss technique? MythBusters, I would very much like for you to test this. And just so you know, what I end up soaking up... here is the other side. Look, at all that. And that's not the first - and that's not the only one I do, either. I do even more than this. I've been doing this for 15 years and I've gone from something like a hundred and... ninety pounds or whatever I once was, clear down, to about my current 140 and I've been sustaining 140. I only eat pizzas, and I otherwise don't exercise. So, something's gotta explain the weight loss.
