Austria-Hungary Leaves Tier 3

We give all our armies/navies to the USA. We give all invested money and treasury to the Netherlands. We give them an extremely large stockpile of a resources as well (this will give them our 3 resouces for another 3 RL weeks, gaining them an additional 3,000.) We also thank any nation who assisted us during our time. The AHOCS and Bank of Vienna are being shutdown as well. Thank you, and this is your final announcement from me, for now........

Bank Of Vienna Is Opened!

Today, we have announced the opening of our bank! We are making it have the same rules and regulations as the World Bank (The only change is that loans will be watched three times as carefully on who is given one, the minimun investment amount is 2,000, and Austria-Hungary will have the final say over decisions, although investors will be consulted if it is deemed necessary.) Investors from all countries may invest money in the bank and it will be protected by the Royal Austrian Guards. No foreign soldiers are allowed on Austro-Hungarian soil though to guard it. We ask that you please respect the bank and its wishes to do good for the nation. It is a Central Bank and will boost the economy very much for us. Thank you and that is all.
