Right so after some discussions with some other people who own surf servers or were ex-owners, i decided to put Atomic Networks Surf back up.
There will be multiple new staf changes, community changes and other important new features that will be added.
Firstly i will talk about the new staff ranks and staff in general
I will rank all Staff ranks in order from lowest rank to highest.

There is obviously more new ranks than that one, but they're in their final stages right now, i had a bit of trouble with the addons being ported over to a test server but i seem to have fixed the problem.
The new ranks will be Explained when the Server is Back up.

Additional Content (Update 1.1)
Due to the amount of complaints Atomic Has recived with the lack of Content and new maps etc has been overwhelming, even when i became owner i still could not satisfy the demands, so i added even more extra maps and items to the ps, but one word of advice for the community is that things like this cant be rushed, making a map come onto the server is not as easy as dragging and dropping, especially if the map is not on Steam Work shop, if it aint it takes hours to just port the map over and then someone has to code the compatibillity, so just dont get your hopes too high when talking and considering new maps, but all suggestions will be taken into consideration.
I have added 5 New maps and 5 New knives, 5 Player Models and Much more to come, right now im doing testing on a hidden test server to make sure its all functioning.

These people within the community WILL have their staff rank changed:

Some may be deranked, Promoted or stay the same. I will say that 5 will be promoted and the other 2 will be demoted.

This is not all the information. And no-where close to it. As it would take too long explaining everything. I will explain it all when the server is back up.

Atomic Surf will get a Teamspeak for the staff and staff meetings and the discord server will remain for general community and staff use.

Something very important that must be noted is well is that ALL BANS WILL BE REVOKED AND ALL WARNS.

- I have temporarily Shut down "Atomic Networks" and all other associate (S) Due to unspeakable problems and security leaks within the code, If i had kept the server up it got have easily gotten controlled by a unauthorised member therefore the only choice was to shut it down. Also a second reason i shut it down and one of the biggest main reason was the lack of content, since atomic has been up for a year now there hasn't been much new content due to the current head position's not having the power to do so or them not having the time to operate in those condition, So when Atomic Networks re-opens it will Most Likely (NOT GUARANTEED) have a bigger array and variety of content including new systems for players, additional content for the Pointshop, More addons and maps, A new Donation site and additional benefits, Bonuses and rewards for staff and also additional system's to make staff have a easier time to moderate and keep things in control within our server.

As I have previously mentioned about the new promotion and demotion system regarding merits and leadership points, I have brought up to myself some staff problems that have occurred since i have been a member of atomic networks.

One of the problems i thought about first was that people were being placed at ranks too high or too low for stupid reasons. This mean the staff that were meant to be higher couldn't operate properly and the people that were ranked too high had to much power and wouldn't use it effectively as some of our senior staff did not teach and set examples for the younger ranks.



So I thought of a plan.
Placement Days.
For each rank set you are given 10 days to show what you can do, do well and you will be given a high but not a crazily high rank like before, rank low and you get pushed to a reasonable rank.
I am sure many of you that are high ranking staff are thinking "If i am Head Of staff" and i do poor, it would not be fair if i got pushed down to trial mod!".
So regarding that issue with these tables which will be hard to comprehend if you don't concentrate and listen to what i an saying.


All ranks will be broken down into groups.


The ranks Helper-Trial Mod will have a group name of "New staff". When you are going into placement days and you are in this group the lowest rank you can drop down to is "Helper" and the highest you can rise to is "Trial Mod".

The ranks Mod-Admin will be named as "Skilled staff". When you are going into placement days and you are in this group the lowest rank you can drop down to is "Mod" and the highest you can rise to is "Admin".

The rank Admin + will have a group name which is "Respected" When you are going into placement days and you are in this group the lowest rank you can drop down to is "Admin +" and the highest is "Admin +".

The ranks Super Admin-Lead Mod/Admin will be named Senior Staff. When you are going into placement days and you are in this group the lowest rank you can drop down to is "Super Admin" and the highest you can rise to will be either "Lead mod" Or "Lead Admin"

The ranks Community Super Admin-Head Of Staff will be named as Superior Staff. When you are going into placement days and you are in this group the lowest rank you can drop down to is "Community Super admin" and the highest you can rise to is "Head Of Staff" [As these are extremely high ranks you will have to meet a very specific criteria to be promoted to Head Of staff and show perfect dedication and attitude for your rank in our community.]

The ranks Server Commander-Community Director is named as "Executive Officers" When you are going into placement days and you are in this group the lowest rank you can drop down to is "Server Commander" and the highest you can rise to is "Community Director". [As these are extremely high ranks you will have to meet a very specific criteria to be promoted to Community Director and show perfect dedication and attitude for your rank in our community.]


During these placements the higher staff such as the owners and community directors will discuss every staff and rank them from a scale from 1-100.

For example if your in the group "Skilled Staff" we will rate you from 1-100.
(This is only a example and not actually the real amount of points you need for each rank.)
1-30 :Moderator
31-60 :Trial Admin
61-100:Admin
