The Annual Drakonic Assembly

The Order of Drakon has assembled over the last few days in the Capital on Athenai. Its purpose to discuss operations in the coming year and what advancements within the order will be met. The meeting will be chaired by the most honourable Duke Craxos Vestulte and Acorus Marus who are the two current heads of the Order of Drakon. Over 900 Drakons have assembled, as well as the illustrious 100 Black Drakons; the most prominent and powerful warriors selected from the Sacred Band.

The Empress has been invited to the assembly as always, as the Drakon they all strive to serve, she is a centerpiece in most discussion within the chamber. Other prominent and aspiring members of the Order have brought along those they would sponser into the Order for the Trials of Flame. Duke Craxos Vestulte has also been pushing the Order's Military assets and it is concluded that a new base of operations shall be constructed for the order which will be able to man, repair, maintain and build new equipment for the Drakons and the men under them.

The new facility will have enough room for the presence of several fleets, as well as enough living space for an army. Of course the station will be filled with those that will run it, as well as their families and the families of the Drakons ofset from their homes with the tides of war and politics.

Acorus, the head of the Black Drakons, sponsered the tournment within the Order and thus it is scheduled for a few days. The top 10 that come out of the tournment will be put through the trials of leadership and the one that succeeds and comes out first will be implaced as the Drakon's Breath, the right hand enforcer for Arcorus' Black Drakons.
