To change your clan tag to Anti CoA., you just have to restart Steam and it will automatically change to Anti CoA.

If you haven't yet done so, please change your in-game clan tag. If you don't know how to, follow these instructions in game:

Esc > Options > Multiplayer > Advanced > Clan Tag

Change it to Anti Cpt.
