Payment>1 ref - 1 scrap profit each raffle. <Limit

3 ref - 1 rec profit each raffle.
1 key - 2 ref profit each raffle.
2 keys - 1 key profit each raffle.

The Donators will be listed here , If he or she goes above the limit of what application he's in , he will recieve a warning ,
3 warnings = Permanent Ban , no refunds.
No one's donating yet so I'm not gonna put up a list.

Don't worry guys , when a rafflist scams you in one of his raffles , report him to me , I'm gonna ban him from the group , report him in steamrep too.
