This group is only reserved for people hand-picked by the owner and to serve as his vanguard.

The group itself wears modern stuff, but it mostly likes to meme alot with ceremonial-esque attire.

If you are not National Guard and are roleplaying as it, refrain from doing so. Though the owner may hand-pick you at some point in time but not everyone gets this privilege.
