150 KB/s Download speed.... my connections top end is 40 MB/s Average is at 28 MB/s, so why CI WHY T_T ! 19 Hours download time !

Rust server update: I was a bit busier than I anticipated the past couple of days so I didn't have time to make the server public. I will set it tomorrow (well later today I guess) 4/22/14. Again if anyone has questions just send me a pm.
