A group for serious players of ARMA 3 to be in.

I will be using this group to notify people of upcoming or new or current opportunities to play ARMA 3 seriously in a milsim, tactical, environment i.e. first-person only servers focussing on infantry squadwork using real-world standard operating procedures.

Note: this is not a "Yes Sir No Sir" motarded unit. This is a group where we will develop our skills, leadership and cohesion as teams, generally focussing at the fireteam (5 man team), squad (8 - 10 man team) and platoon (25 - 40 man unit) levels.

APC, indirect fires, CAS, fire support groups and other support-by-fire elements will also be used to assist and relieve infantry as needed, also with their own standard operating procedures.

Basically just join this group if you're a semi-serious milsim player and invite similar friends, and we'll do some training and get working together. The main aim of this group is to get like-minded individuals working together inside ARMA 3 according to the same procedures.

We'll have sessions where a certain person leads and others where other people lead. Anyone who feels they have something to offer will be much appreciated I'm sure.

We're also profiling people according to skillset e.t.c. e.t.c. This is a long-term oriented thing.

NOTE: that mission was a very informal one, but you can get an idea of the level of communication and cooperation. We have developed many more and lowerlevel (operational i.e. simple actions) techniques which increase our effectiveness a lot since then.

You can see how we talk, how we move in supportive ways, and how we react to fire. Keep in mind that was over a year ago.

Again the aim is not to make a "clan" its just to provide a place (a server and supporting infrastructure) for more serious players to work and develop together. After all we are all playing multiplayer because we want to work with other humans and if you're in this group it's because I invited you after seeing some kinda potential for teamwork in your gameplay style (probably on a tacbf server)

Training sessions will be scheduled for 30-45 minutes but may go over depending on the motivation levels.
