Just a thread were peeps can have a chat about season 2, also note, if you missed the sticky, go here http://www.cybergamer.com.au/forums/thread/141640/SD-Rule-Set-Season-2/

Basically, got about a week and half till things get under way on the 10th of June. No definate time the ladder will be opened, but will be somewhere on that night. I will post in the main forums as soon as it becomes live again.

The rule set, is basically now derived from the following process.

1. Community input to admins throughout season 1
2. Admins posting and testing of new rules
3. Ref's posting and testing of new rules
4. Community discussion on rules
5. Community vote on remaining rules to be finalised
6. Admin further discussion on final rules
7. Live rule set posted to public

So, what does your team need to get ready for?

1. Read and understand the new rules
2. Apply your classes accordingly so no illegal stuff is in there
3. Practice scrim to get ready for the differences in game play
4. Read and understand the UAC2 process. Test UAC2 and GET IT WORKING AT ALL COSTS

Bomb Timer: 45 seconds
Plant Time: 5 seconds
Defuse Time: 7.5 Seconds
Round Switch: Every 4 rounds

Player Options:
Number of lives: 1 life
Respawn Delay: None
Max Health: Normal
Health Regeneration: Slow
Killcam: Dissabled

Team Options:
Spectating: Team only
Wave Spawn Delay: None
Force Respawn: Enabled
Friendly Fire: Enabled

Game Play Options:
Headshots Only: Disabled
Perks: Disabled
Killstreak Rewards: Disabled
Hardcore Mode: Disabled
3rd Person: Disabled

*RESTRICTIONS / PERMISSIONS
Illegal Equipment:
Only equipment permitted is Frag Grenade and Flash Grenade and Smoke Grenade

Illegal Weapons:
Grenade launcher
Rocket Launchers (e.g. Javelin)
Heartbeat sensor
Riot Shields
All Akimbo (dual) weapons are not allowed
All Shotguns
No Machine pistols.

*ANTI CHEAT MEASURES
UAC2 is to be used for all war's in Modern Warfare 2 Cyber Gamer Competitions. Each team is expected to have downloaded, and be able to successfully run this program during war's. After the completion of every match, the player is to upload the results of UAC2 and have them open to public & admin critique. Failure by any player to either not run, nor upload information at the end of the match, will result in a 1 week match ban from Cyber Gamer competition. Each player is expected in their Cyber Gamer profile, to have their UAC2 ID linked in the same section they have Xray linked, failure to do this, will result in a 1 week match ban. If any player is having troubles with UAC2, they are expected to contact an admin ASAP to discuss and try to sort out a resolve, it is your own responsibility to gain the knowledge and setup your game sufficiently to run this program.
