Hello, my wonderful Nutters.
Today I bring you an update which some will find great and some will find less great. Recently we have been gaining alot of new members which is fantastic and makes all of us very happy.
Currently we allow anyone to come to our missions. Just download the modpack and hop on the server. This is probably one of the reasons we have been gaining alot of new members but that also means there will be some newcommers that need a bit more guidance than others to fit in with our playstyle which is to be serious when required and joke around when there is downtime, for example when we are making a long march or during a car ride.

So to the update itself.
We, the staff, have decided (with input from members of the community) that training will still not be required but if you have not done training you will be less likely to get the slots you want during missions as members get priority over you in all slots. By doing the training you will be promoted to member. This means you as a recruit will most likely be stuck in a rifleman slot for majority of the missions.
Priority will go as follows: Members who have shown great skill in the role > Members > Recruits

What does this mean for the current ongoing PMC campaign?
Recruits will have their personal slots untill we leave Malden which will be soon. After we have moved to the new location you will no longer have your own slot unless you have done the training and become a Member. There will be regular Contractor slots available with good enough gear to still participate and be an effective part of your team.

We hope this won't scare any new members off and we will do our best to make the training as fast as possible and still teach you everything you need to know.
