A group for extremely dedicated players of Civilization V. (A-ND)

Absolutely No Deserting (A-ND), is a newly formed group of individuals who have banned together in order to make their Civilization V experience more enjoyable.

**We are NOT a casual gaming group, all our members dedicate to not leave A-ND games for any reason unless there is an in-real life (IRL) emergency, or the capital city of the player has been compromised to the point of no return.**

A-ND =IS NOT= For You If:
- You are impatient.
- You frequently leave multiplayer games.
- You are incompotent.
- Cannot follow directions.

A-ND =MAY BE= For You If:
-You are tired of joining multiplayer games only to have them ended abruptly.
-Tired of people complaining about game options, then leaving.
-You are overall dedicated to completing an online match once you have joined until the defeat conditions or other ugrency have been established.
-You are mature.

In addition to the above information, I would like to personally welcome anyone who has a desire to complete FULL ONLINE MATCHES with various settings, and group only invites. (Public players , or players not aligned with the group may be allowed to join private A-ND games at the discretion of the HOST OF THE GAME.

**********INTRODUCING RANKED SYSTEMS FOR A-ND************ 1-29-2013

Ever wonder how you stack up against other players? I have created a ladder on a third-party gaming site, which allows group members to see their actual ranking. I will post the link to this site when it is fully complete. However, group matches can still be added to the ladder!

This document will contain a list of daily, weekly, monthly , quarterly, semi-anual, and anual information for each player within A-ND's database.

This feature provides members a glimpse on how well they do against specific players, groups of specific players, individual statistics, and statistics based on the timelines listed above.

--Not everyone is eligible to join A-ND, you must be active and dedicated to each game, leaving without prior warning is NEVER OK.

---Three or more unvalidated leaves will result in blacklisting. (Blacklisted players are kicked from all A-ND games until they have proven worthy to be removed from the Blacklist.
