9th North West Company

Welcome pioneers, to the 9thNWC. The North West Trading Company is a new addition to the Warband regiment comunity. We're skirmishers and sharpshooters in the Napoleonic community. Most of us have had many years expierence and are back at it again. We don't ask for much, just that you attend when you can.

I am proud to announce that as of Febuary , 2019 we will have a European company of the 9th NWC. It will be lead by Cpl. Gregory Wellesley. They will be known as Company B , 9th North West Company Regiment.

We also do North and South as the 9th Kentucky.






Ranks will be given to our members based mostly around one big theme, attendance. You'll see below how the progression works. Although attendance is the main theme here, we also give promotions based around general attitude and outlook on the regiment. The ranking structure is still being tweaked but as it stands now, this is how we are going to see progression through the ranks.

As a fresh new recruit of the 9tNWC, we ask that you’re in-game name have the correct tags.

Ranks:



Private (Pvt) - Upon First Promotion

Private First Class (Pfc) - 3 Battles attended

Lance Corporal (LCpl) - 6 Battles attended

Corporal (Cpl) - 12 Battles attended + 1 training

Sergeant (Sgt) - Shows they are reliable with the ability to lead
NCO rank and 4th in command of the regiment.

Sergeant Major (Sgt.Maj) - Appointed by the command staff and 3rd in command of the regiment.





Officer positions will be given based on the current officers opinions of your performance and attitude aka Officer accommodations

2nd Lieutenant (2ndLt) -


1st Lieutenant (1stLt) -

Captain (Capt) - 2nd in command (if no Major is appointed) leads the line when the Colonel / Major cannot.

Major (Maj.) - Acts as 2nd in command or an adjutant depending on what is needed. Usually only filled when the number of the regiment is over 30.

Colonel (Col.) - The Colonel position is assigned by the commanders of the 9th NWC and is filled until the current Colonel steps down or is promoted.
