Peace is a good thing for both factions but a war may erupt at some point. When it happens, the two factions will have to conquer Forts to get some of the enemy territory. The land of each faction will have some Forts all over it. When a faction gets an enemy Fort, the territory all around it will be part of the faction's territory. To conquer a Fort, there must be a battle. The defensive team has no right to refuse to battle if they are disponible. That will prevent offline raids. All the people in a faction can fight at a certain battle ONCE. When they die, they can't come back to continue fighting. They must leave and they can come back only after the battle. All the loot of players that die in defense or offense can be took by any faction. That will prevent raiding forever until they win. They will have to find other équipement and when they attack, they take the risk of losing equipment. The fort in Berlin is the only one that can't be conquered so that the faction will stay in existante. The quarantine zone in Berlin is a neutral zone and doesnt belong to anybody and people can't fight in it. To make a war end, there must be a peace treaty accepted by both parties. Agremments will be made and the factions can trade Forts. It is recommended to end war fast because they are very expensive in ressources. And if you are losing too much Forts, its also a good idea to make a peace treaty and give ressources to get back the Forts you lost. Don't forget that war isn't the greatest idea but can be life changing if fought correctly. When invading a Fort near an important location, like the military base, the faction will get access to the loot inside the base.
