Fixed it.
This involves a large degree of risky situations following in which the current Captain would commonly say "Don't shoot yet" repeatedly in order to get the lights to shoot as close and in term as accurately as they possibly able too. Unfortunately the lights will always start screaming "This is suicide", "We are going to die", "Captain you are a looney" thus the undisciplined lights will panic and miss most of their shots all the while being charged from behind by enemy cav.
