WELCOME TO THE 44TH INFANTRY GROUP PAGE!!!

The 44th East Essex Regiment of Infantry was a very historic regiment. During the Napoleonic Wars, it was the only regiment in the british army that was able to cpature an Eagle from any french army regiment. They had a very impressive background in fighting as well. Our own Lieutenant Colonel, Tavington, lives near the museum, where the eagle is stored now.

In the 44th, we have a couple of rules that we would you like all members to abide by. One of them is to be active in the regiment, by showing up to events and trainings, and also recruiting more members so we can grow, and eventually have detachments such as Cavalry, Artillery, and Skirmishers. We don't tolerate trolling, headbanging, etc, so please try to refrain from doing so.

So, we hope to see you on the battlefield, ready to fight along the East Essex men under control of Colonel Fort.
