About Us
We are an Arma III Milsim Community with the intention of uniting people with similar interests. We are a global community but operate off UK times and have made our core focus the British Military.
We carry out regular operations as 3rd Battalion The Rifles Regiment. We look to provide a positive gaming atmosphere that is as realistic and immersive as the simulation allows us to be. We strive to have a very positive community that is a respectful environment to play in. We can deploy in a very large variety of locations utilising a very large variety of equipment to meet the operational demands. We create unique experiences in-game and try to make it so every member enjoys participating. We accept all players in terms of "skill", whether your new to the Arma series or have previous experience, we bring all of our members up to speed, users must be willing to participate in a milsim environment.

3 RIFLES is a Regular Infantry Battalion it has been selected as one of the British Army's new Strike Brigades within 3rd (UK) Division - 'The Iron Division' that is the only division at continual operational readiness in the UK. 3 RIFLES is a Mechanised Infantry Battalion, operating out of Ridgeback, Wolfhound, Jackal and Mastiff vehicles. These vehicles were brought into Army service during the campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Operation Days
We have a dedicated server up 24/7 to allow our members to play when sufficient people are online, our operational days are Mondays and Fridays and are underway at 7PM UK Time. All our deployments have extensive background information to create further immersion for the user. We have at least a fully active Troop at each unit event.

Roles And Opportunities
In the unit we offer a variety of roles which a user can experience and then transfer at a later date should they wish to. There is also the opportunity to lead a fireteam or section if you show leadership qualities. The unit currently has '1 Platoon' practically filled and aims at expanding further. The unit also is forming the Army Air Corp. To join this requires good activity along with an interest in flying to a milsim standard.

In addition to a Section role a user can specialise and be required to utilise their specialisation based on operational demands. An example of some specialist roles include:
