Custom Weapon Loadouts

This is something ive been workin on for a long time, and ive finally finished it. Rather than the usual random melee and pistol, this will give a small number of random players a proper weapon or melee. I've even built in the option to set players loadouts.

UPDATED: you can now say !loadout in game to piick your own weapons. enjoy!
