Welcome to the home of the 1st Blackburn Raiders! We would like to take this time to thank you for your interest in our community.

The 1st Blackburn Raiders are an adult oriented, competitive focused gaming community. We believe in quality over quantity, teamwork over individualism and a high degree of organization, training and communication to achieve team-wide excellence and lethality. We expect potential recruits to possess maturity, respect, integrity, honesty and good sportsmanship. We want our teammates to show a drive for excellence, a desire to learn and grow as part of a team and to place a focus on the team success over their own individual success. In order to achieve our goals, individual raiders need to have the ability to give and receive constructive criticism, and need to have a strong desire to win in a fair consistent manner.


Ladies and Gentlemen of the gaming community :

We are currently actively recruiting for ArmA 3, and Star Citizen gaming.

What we are looking for is extremely difficult to find. We know it, and other teams out there who share our love for the game and for a tight knit community know it. What we are looking for more than ANYTHING, is a mentality in our potential recruits. A TEAM mentality. A mentality built around team growth over individual growth. A mentality that allows our members to accept feedback, absorb training, and devote themselves to something larger than themselves for the purpose of elevating their playing experience, and the playing experience of others.

This mentality can not be taught. It is something that individuals choose to be, or are born with. Those who have it know who they are. They know that I am reaching out to them with this message. If you find that this message is speaking directly to your "inner self", come join us.
