The 8thRoyal Gaming Community!

This regiment has been through quite a few turns. Many of the members were once the the "3rd ScotsGuards" However, there was a split and they left to reform as the 99th Lanarkshire under the new Colonel Highlander. This regiment lasted for about 2 months before merging into the 45th to become their Light Infantry detachment. When the Brigadier of the 45th tried to demote Highlander, they left to reform as the 76th Yorkshire Light Infantry. Eventually, they realised that they preferred line, they changed their name to "8thRoyal". After 2 months of playing as the 8thRoyal, Cavalry and Artillery divisions were formed. After yet another month, the Colonel, Highlander, decided to resign his position, giving the slot to the new Colonel Fenny. From here they slowly expanded, eventually gaining a Light Infantry detachment.

After over two years of linebattling as a regiment, the 8thRoyal dissolved into a gaming community.
