The app works well but the best case scenario is to play around with VSYNC and frame limiter in the game to figure out which combination gives no artifacts in frame generation for each game. And you'd better be running the game at stable 30FPS+ to boost it to 60FPS, for example.

— Add x2, x3, or x4 frame generation (x2 is stable, others aren't)
— Works well with Windows handhelds to boost them to 60FPS
— Needs more flexible upscaler settings (IMO)

It's a niche thing: you may enjoy it if games run at half+ of your refresh rate. Games run at 35-40 = boost them to 60. They run at 80-100 - get 144-165. Higher the value - better the result.

AMAZING and GAME CHANGING

- I have an RTX 3060 ti and yes I use this.
- I use this to play both story games and competitive multiplayer games such as Fortnite (yes shut up) that I stopped playing due to constantly getting low FPS at high settings.
- You can use this for games in Steam and games outside of Steam, NICE.
- I use this to DOUBLE my Frames but you can also TRIPLE it and QUADRUPLE it, but I recommend x2 mode as it is more stable with much less visual bugs and I feel almost no input lag compared to x3 and x4.
- Minimised my craving to buy an RTX 4060 for DLSS 3.

Should you buy it? YES.

Made Dragon's Dogma 2 not only playable but enjoyable on an AMD card. Adds frame generation and upscaling to games without it. Frickin brilliant.

This is such a treat. Having a mid gaming PC will make this software is worth it. For laptop users, it would probably prolonged its durability depending how you use it as you can reduce CPU temp whilst having good performance. However, you still have to deal with input latency .

WOW. What an exceptional piece of software ! I was a total disbeliever of upscaling before trying this software. I just wanted to see if frame generation worked with my non RTX graphics card.
I can now max out the framerate of my monitor with buttery smooth game play !
For reference my graphics card is a NVidia 1080 ti (I also use a standard 1080).
I upscale using NVidia upscaling and frame generation.
I don't play games without this now. Just a complete game changer !! Well done Lossless Scaling team, well done ! (applause)
