I wanted to know if there will ever be a demo on the game ?

Hey everyone ! Just want to see if I can ask for some help. I read a few players said even when faced the spiders, they still got pounced on and killed. Has anyone here seen this? If so, I would love to know the specific context. Did you stand completely still, wait for the spider to come, and it still attacked? Or was it something else?
