Got it for a good price but it is impossible to play on the Steamdeck despite saying its verified. The first mission is fine but after you go "home" you are lucky to get 1fps and crashes the deck.

Why have difficulty settings at all if you're gonna have a lvl 11 spider that can kill you in 15 secs at lvl 14 on easy mode?

This game is awesome. If you haven't played it you should.

It's a top down twin stick shooter RPG with a cyberpunk setting. The world is beautiful and meticulously crafted. So much detail throughout. The grime looks so grimey and the shine looks so shiny. The story so far is good. It's silly and there are interesting characters. The gameplay is fun and has enough diversity to keep it interesting. It is a MUCH better game playing co-op with pals.

Overall it is stupid how good this game is. It's worth paying full price for and a no-brainer if it is on sale.

dead game for me

The level of detail in the backgrounds, environment is outstanding and the world seems like a more plausible future instead of an idealized future (Star Trek). Gameplay is fun, not super varied but it is not too long of a game for that to matter. Easy to pick up and put down and when playing you do get engrossed in the world. Story is fun with a few unexpected surprises. Characters / voice acting is very good, just wish they had given the main character a voice. UI is fairly straightforward, although so more details, mouseover tips / explanations would be nice, and an easier way to compare potential equipment upgrades (Armor and Augments specifically).

Amount of decent games in the narrow top-down shooter genre is scarce.
Considering this I eternally grateful to the devs who did such a great game!

The only thing that some bugs are still in place. I had constant crushes every 30-60 mins of playing.
Raising priority of the game in the Windows Task Manager helped me, but not sure if it would work for everyone.

What could be improved but never would:
0. At release, the game was barely playable because of huge amount of bugs. The most annoying - constant loosing of progress.
1. No sprint at all. And the game requires a loooot of running.
2. Fast travel by taxi/metro is terrible. Even if a quest in the neighboring location the game won't propose using taxi/metro and no mark on the list of locations.
3. Many weapons just weak. 3-5 handful guns and all else looks cool and feels great.. but does so little damage.
4. Unbalanced bosses and 'defend the point' encounters. Seems like they were designed for 2-3 people party at least

What is great:
1. Graphics are stunning. It's the most beautiful top-down shooter on market and it's the game with one of the advanced graphic in general.
2. Design, density of the objects, city simulation, overall quality of the location is outstanding.
3. Atmosphere of cyberpunk, characters language, detailed lore that describes literally everything are done on a serious level.
4. The story is okay, sometimes hard to understand because of specific language, but still. Good work is done here.
5. Music is awesome. It's the same composer that made Dying Light and Witcher 1.
6. Great weapon arsenal, cool sound and animations of every weapon.
7. The character looks fancy and the clothes/items make it even better and consistent with the setting.
8. Has coop.
9. Has new game+ (but didn't tried it yes)
10. Excellent representation of the rare genre...

Hope the next game of the devs will have similar level of overall quality!

Game is fun. Map menu could be better. Wish game could be longer.
