you cannot save a checkpoint in the game and when you get killed you have to go back where the game last saved even after you past that point and played further on in the game. this is the only that really pisses me off. i have already deleted this game twice about this one point of where this game restarts!!!

Very interesting game. The actual aiming is easy, but it is fun to do the stealth mission, especially when trying to do them without alerts.

The game is actually good - beautiful, non-linear and fun. And the checkpoints being triggered by locations rather than a manual save is actually fine with me as well. The only issue I had is there is a certain jank to the save system itself. It feels like everytime you load from last checkpoint, the game just sort of rolls the dice on a bunch of variables and decides where you were, who you'd killed and who was where. Frustrating, but it didn't stop me from finishing the game.

Disappointing. It had great potential but it's hampered by design decisions and polish.
My biggest gripe is that it doesn't feel like there's any payoff, trying to be tactical or sneaky to reach some nice sniping position just for enemies to immediately hide and know exactly where you are. Sadly it plays best just mindlessly shooting at whatever you see without any plan of attack.
- For being a sniper game you're actively discouraged from sniping. As soon as they find a body, they immediately know approximately where you are and will hide behind cover. No more fun except for boring peekaboo
- Movement is janky and you'll get stuck on and in terrain when crouched or prone
- Drone can be fun, but they made it somewhat op for marking, so they tried nerfing it by adding broken mechanics with signal jammers. It randomly just crashes in some areas without a jammer and sometimes work just fine in areas with a jammer. Sometimes you get a screen effect that indicate that it's being jammed, most often it just randomly crashes and you get a "Drone lost" message
- Lots of focus on special ammo during tutorial, but so far I haven't seen any need for it. It's also inconvenient to equip, having to unlock relatively expensive nodes or mag on the weapons
- Enemy snipers are quite annoying, hiding where you rarely find them before engaging, and once a single enemy is alerted snipers will locate you almost immediately
- Finally, no saves! There are checkpoints which randomly trigger. Did you spend 20 minutes carefully clearing a site only to get shot by an enemy hiding somewhere when you though it was clear and were looting? Have fun doing it all again.

If you haven't, try the Sniper Elite series instead
